One /menu instead of a dozen bots and a list of commands to learn. Admins see the same five entries every time — Server setup, Posts, Settings, Moderation and Premium — and every screen has a Back button to the one before it. Chojio has exactly two commands, /menu and /help.
Chojio does not request Discord’s Message Content intent, so it cannot read what your members write. Automod runs on Discord’s own filters, and Raid Watch counts arrivals rather than reading anything. Admins can see everything Chojio stores for their server under Settings → Your data and delete it in one go, any member can check what it holds about them with My data on /help, and a server’s data is deleted 30 days after Chojio is removed.
Anything Chojio does automatically undoes itself: an hour’s pause on new joins, a slowed channel put back exactly as it was, a ten-minute timeout. Kicking and banning are always a person’s decision, and only members with Manage Server can do it in bulk.

The things most servers need first. Each one shows you what it will do and waits for you to decide.
Start from a template for a gaming community, a study group, a creator community or an app testing program: channels, roles, rules, a Verify button, a welcome and a ticket desk in one go. You see exactly what it would add before you confirm, nothing is deleted or renamed, and new roles arrive with no permissions.
A friendly look over your server’s settings and roles, such as verification level, 2FA for moderators and roles with too much power, with the fix for each. Chojio can apply a few setting fixes for you after you confirm, and never changes a role’s permissions.
Start from a written rule set and edit every line in the panel editor before anything is posted.
A button opens a private channel for the member and your support roles. Self-help answers can settle common questions first, and each category can ask up to five questions of its own, posted at the top of the new ticket. Your team works from one queue, claims tickets so two people never answer the same member, and has saved replies, private notes and transfers to hand. Set support hours and members who write in overnight are told when you are back; quiet tickets can close themselves after a warning, and closed ones can be reopened. Premium adds response-time targets with escalation, priorities, ratings, a support report and a downloadable record of every closed ticket.

Buttons members press to give themselves a role. Chojio refuses roles that carry moderator permissions, and re-checks each role when it is clicked in case it gained one since.

That is why the record Premium keeps of a closed ticket is an archive — the intake answers, the timeline, staff notes and ratings — rather than a transcript of what everyone typed.
Templates can never grant moderation permissions. A template creates roles and channels and decides who can see what; it cannot give anyone the power to ban, kick, manage roles or change the server. You grant that yourself, in Server Settings, after it is installed.
It is a flat rule, not a warning you can click past. A shared template that could include a role with Manage Roles would be a way into every server that installed it, so Chojio refuses those permissions outright.
With Premium, Chojio posts panels and ticket messages under your server’s own name and avatar, using webhooks it creates and manages for you.
The bot’s own profile picture stays the same in every server: Discord gives each application one global profile, so branding applies to the messages Chojio posts.
Manage Roles is how a self-role button assigns a role, and Discord will only ever let it touch roles below its own in the list. Manage Channels is how a ticket button creates and closes the private channel. Every permission it asks for is listed on the pricing page next to the feature that needs it, and Administrator is not among them.
No. Raid Watch can pause new joins, slow the channels you choose or time out new arrivals for ten minutes, and each of those lifts by itself. Kicking and banning only happen when a person presses the button in Raid Recovery, after seeing exactly how many accounts it will affect, and only people with Manage Server can do that.
No. Chojio never uses an in-memory component collector, so a button posted months ago still works after a restart. The handler is looked up by name at click time rather than being held open in one process’s memory.
Nothing is deleted. Anything over the Free limit becomes read-only and stops being posted until you are back within the limit or resubscribe. A ticket that is already open always runs to closure — the member with a live problem is not the person who cancelled.
Only what its preview lists, and only after you confirm. It adds roles, categories and channels and reuses any you already have with the same name; nothing is deleted or renamed. New roles arrive with no permissions, and a template can never grant anyone the power to ban, kick, manage roles, manage channels or change the server. If Discord refuses a step partway, Chojio removes what that install created.
Yes. Settings → Your data lists everything Chojio keeps for your server and how long each kind is kept, and someone with Manage Server can delete all of it from there. Any member can press My data on /help to see what Chojio holds about them. If Chojio is removed from a server, its data is deleted 30 days later. The privacy policy has the full detail.
Per server. The features are server configuration rather than personal perks, and per-member pricing would punish exactly the large servers that get the most out of it. Premium → Refer a server gives your server a free month each time a new server you refer subscribes, up to 12 a year.
No. Everything is set up inside Discord, from /menu. This website is where you see your servers’ plans and upgrade or cancel, and Premium can be managed from /menu too.
The status page shows whether the bot is connected to Discord, from a heartbeat it sends every minute while it is.
