Ban appeals

Appeal a ban

Servers that use Chojio can let banned members ask for a second chance. Each server has its own appeal page, and its link comes from the server: usually in the message you got when you were banned, or in its rules.

  1. Open your server’s appeal link

It looks like chojio.com/appeal/ followed by a long number, which is the server’s ID.

  2. Sign in with Discord

So the staff know the appeal is really from you. Chojio confirms the ban with Discord before sending it.

  3. Answer the questions, then check back

The server’s staff decide. You will see their answer, or a question for you, on the same page.

Running a server? Turn appeals on in Discord under /menu → Moderation → Appeals. You choose the questions and the staff channel, and Chojio gives you the link to share.
